But fight they must, the Demon Abyss Lords are driven into a corner by the Pavilion Master, and the Tower of Heaven Lords similarly cornered by the Demon Abyss.

This is understandable; the Pavilion Master will indeed aim to ascend to the Fourth Order in the future, so naturally, the Fourth Order Demon Abyss Lords must hasten their steps and complete their advancements before him, to ensure their survival.
